Zumba™ is a total workout, combining all elements of fitness: Cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, flexibility and boosted energy. Dance to great music with great people, and burn a ton of calories without even realizing it. Zumba™ is a very fun way to workout, and a great choice for those who hate typical fitness programs.

Fall Hours: Monday & Tuesday 7:30 to 8:30pm. Wednesdays 8-9pm. Saturdays 9am to 10am.
