All dancers must arrive no later than 1/2 hour prior to their performance at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre.
Dancers will be issued a Performer’s Ticket during the week of dress rehearsal. This will allow the performer to enter the theatre with you through the main door and the ticket will also give you instructions as to where to drop them off. Please have them come in costume and take them to the washroom before the show.

Second Half of Show Performers
Dancers are to go to the Main Level entrance to the Theatre and go to the dancers reserved seats at the back where they can watch the show. They will be supervised by parent volunteers and escorted backstage at the appropriate time.
Please refer to the back of the performer’s ticket for your information. There will also be copies of the show order posted at the studio for your convenience.
Each child performing in more than one number should have a garment bag to put all of their belongings in. DO NOT under any circumstances, leave costumes with parents in the theatre. Please have hair tied up off the face and any additional hats, head bands or ribbons securely fastened. Please leave all jewelry and valuables at home.
