Lesson One: The Box Step

1)Step forward at a normal pace on the left foot.
2)Follow through with the right foot, stepping quickly to the right side.
3)Close the left foot against the right, quickly transferring your weight.
4)Slowly step backwards on to the right foot.
5)Follow through with the left foot, stepping quickly to the left side.
6)Close the right foot against the left, quickly transferring your weight.
